Yesterday, Jermelle and I announced the launching Align Performance! We have a heart for fitness and helping people accomplish their goals.
We offer different types of workouts and the one below is for our “Stay at Home” clients. All you need is a heavy and light set of dumbbells and an empty space to move!
Life happens but if you set your mind to it, you can always find a way to workout! My days are much better when a workout is thrown into the mix. (Feel free to google any of the exercises if you aren’t sure! We include videos with all of our workouts.)
