July Workout: Dumbbells, Dips & Delts

We are half way through the year, half way through the summer and 2017 is flying by! Remember that health/fitness/diet/workout goal you made about 7 months ago? If you have fallen off the wagon just a bit, this is the perfect time to pick that back up!

Here’s an upper-body (with some lower-body sprinkled in) workout that will help you restart that 2017 goal you’ve kinda forgotten about!

Superset #1
Dumbbell FliesĀ  (15 reps)
Burpees (1 minute)
Tricep Dips (20 reps)
Pushups (1 minute)
Rest for 1 Minute

Superset #2
Reverse Dumbbell Flies (15 reps)
Switch Lunges (10 each leg)
Dumbbell Scaption (15 reps)
Mountain Climbers(25 reps each side)
Rest for 1 Minute

Superset #3
Dumbbell Row (10 reps)
Bent Leg Kick Backs (15 each leg)
Hip Bridges With Dumbbells on Hips (20 reps)
Wall-Sit (hold 1 minute)
Rest for 1 Minute

Superset #4
Plank (15 Reps)
Squat Raise (15 reps)
Fast, Straight Arm Jumping Jacks (1 minute)
Dumbbell Lunges (10 each side)
Rest for 1 Minute

Superset #5
Ab Hold & Pulse (1 minute)
V-Ups (15 reps)
6-Inch Hold – Feet 6-Inches Off the Ground (1 minute)
Russian Twist with Dumbells (10 each side)
Rest for 1 Minute

Repeat 3x
