“Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time.” 1 Peter 5:6

I know there are some of you that feel like you are in a season of waiting or transition. Or maybe there is something about your current situation that you don’t like – your job, your roommate, your city. First, remember that God will use you where you are even if it isn’t where you want to be. Second, His Word says that He will “lift you up in due time”. Lifting you up doesn’t always correspond with your plans, but He will fulfill His purpose in you if you open yourself up to trusting him.
