In the heat of the moment, do you every say something that you later regret? Maybe your in a disagreement with your spouse or a friend says something that hurts your feelings. It can be instinct to snap back. Trust me, I’ve done this too many times to count. I ALWAYS regret it. It doesn’t matter if it’s something I say in an instant or something that I’ve actually contemplated for weeks, I always regret harsh words.

This may seem like a juvenile topic, but it’s in the Bible for a reason. Maybe you need this reminder today. I know I do!
