“Do not fear, for I am with you; Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, surely I will help you, Surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.” Isaiah 41:10

This time of year is full of resolutions, resets, and new goals. While it can be very motivating to think about the future and make plans for the year ahead, it can also become overwhelming. When you start to feel a tinge of nervousness or anxiety, remember God’s promises to strengthen and uphold you. Troubles will come and some of our plans may not succeed, but thank goodness that His plans are better and his ways are higher than ours.

So I encourage you to set goals for the new year and prayerfully think about what you do want to accomplish in the days ahead. But remember that your worth is not in your accomplishments or whether you complete the Whole30. Your worth is found in Jesus – who is love.
