“He has saved us and called us to a holy life – not because of anything we have done but because of his own purpose and grace. This grace was given us in Christ Jesus before the beginning of time.” 2 Timothy 1:9

The worries of this world can easily entangle us; however, we have a higher calling. By His grace, He has called us to a holy life – a life fixated on the eternal. It is not easy to keep that focus in a fallen world that promotes the temporal. It is my prayer that we remember our calling in each distraction of the day, and that we thank the Lord for his grace when we stumble.
