You call out to God for help and he helps—he’s a good Father that way. But don’t forget, he’s also a responsible Father, and won’t let you get by with sloppy living.

We have the freedom to call out to God with confidence fully knowing He hears us. Sometimes, we are quick to call a girlfriend, a parent or a spouse. When they don’t know what to say or give us the answer we need, we get frustrated. It’s not their fault, it’s ours. We’re calling out to the wrong person. No one on Earth has all the answers. Our Father is the One who has the answers. He is the answer.

Your Father never leaves you, is always on call and hears every prayer. Every single day He keeps your life in check. Which sometimes means He allows you to go through hard times to mature and grow you into the woman you were created to be. But even through the hard times, He always helps. He wants to help, you just have to call out.
