Pre-Spring Sweat

With spring just around the corner, the weather is warming up and it’s about time to get outside and sweat. Here’s a circuit workout that will come in handy when you want to enjoy the beautiful weather and burn some calories. Enjoy!

Run 3 blocks (¼ mile)
15 burpees + 30 second squat hold
Run 3 blocks (¼ mile)
10 pushups + 10 lunges (each leg)
Run 3 blocks (¼ mile)
25 plank jacks + 25 mountain climbers
Run 3 blocks (¼ mile)
10 switch lunges (each leg) + 30 second plank hold
2 Rounds
